Wall Ball Sample Exercises
I’ve created a quick video that shows a series of different wall ball drills that you can do on any rebounder or large wall. These can be done with a lacrosse ball or tennis ball and should be done 2-3 times each week.

00:00 – Normal pass/catch
00:14 – Switch hands each time
00:32 – No cradle
01:25 – Passes then switch hands
02:01 – Quick stick
02:14 – Across body then step and fake shot
02:28 – Fake shot then step back and pass outside body
02:54 – Fake shot then step back and pass across body
03:19 – Passing outside body
03:30 – Passing outside body into a QS fake
04:09 – Catching across body into the triple threat position without cradle
05:32 – Dummy split dodge into pass
